Solutions;
Sol.1.(b)
Car sales together in the months of March and April=40+96
Car sales in the month of January=30
Required ratio=96:30=16:5




Sol.2.(e)
Change in the car sale in the month of June with respect to previous month=34-32=2
Required percentage= (2/34)*100=5.88%(6% appxmt)

Sol.3.(d)
Required percentage=[(56-40)/40]*100 %=40%

Sol.4.(c).Required percentage=[(30+20)/212]*100% = 23.58%

Sol.5.(d). Number of sales in July=(125/100) *40 =50
Number of sales in August=(110/100)*50=55
Difference between number of sales in June and August=55-32=23
